Mom bought a new mattress and frame . When she got it she didn't like it, understand that you can not return mattress, but frame also, the frame was 299..she getting a box spring, but this frame is useless and could get a better frame, but store will not take back..and she only laid in bed for 1 hour.. she been sleeping on couch and she 84..crazy you can't return frame.

I am from hagerstown Maryland, it sad you can not return a frame.
Bought so many from this store in the pass, also helped people get them, but no more.
